QuickTERMS:

Credit Cards -

Your Credit Card is never charged until we ship.
DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, VISA accepted - no extra fee. For mail-in orders please include Card Number, Expiration Date, Name, Billing Address, Phone, Authorized Signature, and 3-digit Card Code from back of the card. You will be charged only for items actually shipped, when they are shipped. We will need the EXACT billing address of your credit card for verification. If your billing address is not to a US zip code, we will be unable to verify it and you may use PayPal (see below) or mail us a money order or certified check payable in US Dollars. We ship only to USA zip codes. If you are ordering from a foreign country and shipping to a USA Zip Code, a 3% handling charge ($6.50 minimum) will apply.

PayPal -

We accept PayPal orders both by phone and through our secure shopping cart. To place an online order using PayPal for payment, just scroll down past the credit card section on the Checkout page and select the PayPal option.

COD -

We do not sell COD. If you wish to mail in payment for an order, our shopping cart will give you the exact amount to send - just select the items you want, click the 'Checkout' button and scroll down to the bottom of the page to see shipping charges. You can even fill-in the form and print it, if you like. Money Orders and Bank Checks are shipped immediately. Personal or business checks held 3 weeks for clearance.

Shipping -

For the 48 States, you can always see your exact shipping charges, without entering any personal information, by just clicking CHECK OUT, then scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Shipping, Handling and Insurance are extra: FOB Hancock, Michigan. Rates shown on the shopping cart are for UPS or Priority/1StClass Mail to the lower 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc are shipped via Priority/1stClass Mail only and rates may be higher than shown. Email for an exact quote if desired. Our return address on packages will read 'F&S Inc A-G USA'. Remember, we ship only to USA zip codes. If you are ordering from a foreign country and shipping to a USA Zip Code, a 3% handling charge ($6.50 minimum) will apply.

Backorders -

Usually any item not in stock is marked so on our web pages. We will email you if unusual circumstances require a backorder you are not expecting. Please add a note to your order if you wish out-of-stock items cancelled. Backordered items are shipped automatically unless you cancel.

Sales Tax (Michigan Only) -

Shipments to a Michigan address will have 6% sales tax added unless you include your Michigan Sales Tax Number and a signed statement that items are for resale.

Shipping Damage -

Notify carrier immediately and save all packaging for inspection. This must be done to preserve your insurance claim.

Shortages -

Claims for Shortages and Errors must be made within 3 days of receipt. Please open all boxes and examine all packaging materials and check the invoice before calling.

WE DO NOT SELL ON APPROVAL -

You must know what you are ordering.

Warranty Service -

Warranty Service is handled directly by the Manufacturer or Importer. We are not a warranty station. A list of Manufacturer's addresses and phone numbers can be found in our catalog or online.

Returns -

No Returns Without Prior Approval. Email, write or call 1-906-482-1685 for a Return Authorization Number. Accommodation Returns are subject to our inspection and a 15% restocking fee ($10.00 minimum). Returns must be New, Unused, Unmarked, and in original factory packing as shipped. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused or held at senders risk. No returns after 10 days.

Restrictions -

We can not ship airguns to New Jersey, NYC, Philadelphia or Washington DC unless we have a copy of your dealer license. Accessories and pellets are ok, but no airguns. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities before ordering. Do not order airguns if prohibited in your area. Air pistols with a rifled barrel shipped to a Michigan address require a permit - email or call for details. We ship only to USA zip codes. If you are ordering from a foreign country and shipping to a USA Zip Code, a 3% handling charge ($6.50 minimum) will apply.
